Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club at 2120 Emporium Dr, Jackson, TN 38305-6004 is hiring for multiple open positions. The role includes providing member service, operating front-end equipment, and guiding customers on self-service options.

Qualifications

Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register), working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

Provides member service and maintains the checkout area; resolves member issues and processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
Follows safety procedures, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe conditions to management.
Maintains entrances and exits; assists members with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, and keeps areas organized and safe.
Assists with training Frontline Services associates on processes, teaches new technology and tool functionality, and rolls out new programs.
Handles returns per policy, monitors shrink and damages, and ensures compliance with ethics and integrity standards.
