Descrizione del lavoro

BECU is seeking a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience, leveraging product knowledge across business services, consumer lending, deposits, IRA, POA, and fiduciary accounts. You will rotate across pods in the East District, supporting branches such as Factoria, Issaquah, Mercer Island, and Newcastle, with travel between sites as needed.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/financial/retail, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
Spanish language fluency highly desirable.
Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
Proficient with learning new systems and programs; ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Ability to complete 12-week in-house training program after hire.

Mansioni

Provide exceptional customer service and sales across areas of business services, consumer lending, deposit servicing, IRA, POA, and Fiduciary accounts.
Sign all line and loan documents that originate through outbound/inbound call center.
Assist the community with financial wellness and budgeting resources.
