Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Member Experience Specialist in Crystal Lake, IL. You will be the first friendly face, greeting members, keeping the club clean, and guiding them on memberships and personal training options.

As a front-desk ambassador, you’ll help members feel valued and motivated, contributing to a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The role emphasizes service, sales, and a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service; membership sales preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, set a welcoming tone, keep the club clean and organized.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Sell memberships and upgrades through confident conversations and tours.
• Maintain an inviting front desk area and assist members quickly.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $15.00 per hour + commission with no cap!
