Job summary

VASA Fitness in Boise is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to greet members, build personal connections, and guide them on memberships and personal training options. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming club and set the tone for every visit.

You’ll earn a base rate of $11.30 per hour plus commission eligibility, with benefits like gym memberships for you and a guest, and opportunities to grow in a wellness-focused team. This role supports a positive member journey every day.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working independently
• 1+ year of customer service, membership sales preferred
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus

By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.30 per hour + commission with no cap!
