Job summary

e|spaces is looking for a Part Time Location Manager to work 8am-2pm, Monday through Friday. You will greet members, handle reservations, and ensure the space runs smoothly while promoting memberships.

You will also provide basic technical support, maintain cleanliness, coordinate events, and support sales efforts to close memberships. Prior customer service or office experience is preferred but not required, with a college degree being a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree is preferred but not required.
• One to three years in customer service, sales or office administration is preferred but not required.
• Must have exceptional customer service and professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Book and manage meeting room reservations and ensure rooms are set up.
• Operate and maintain the location and provide basic technical support.
• Coordinate events, upkeep space cleanliness and maintain supplies.
• Assist with sales and membership questions, close leads when appropriate.
