Job summary

Walmart in Canton, OH seeks a Customer Service/Membership Associate to assist members, explain membership benefits, and process upgrades and purchases. You will support sales events to help reach membership goals and ensure accurate order fulfillment from stocking to pickup.

You will also follow safety standards, handle hazardous materials procedures, and promote Walmart products and services while delivering friendly service to Members.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member identifying their needs assisting with purchasing decisions locating merchandise resolving issues and concerns and promoting the Companys products and services
• Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices
• Serves our Customers and Members Delivers results while putting the customer first
