Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking dedicated associates to assist Members with information on Membership benefits, process upgrades and credits, and fulfill orders with accuracy and care. You will provide friendly service, resolve issues, and promote the value of Walmart products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provides member information and promotes membership benefits and products/services.
• Processes membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Fulfills orders (Fax n Pull / Click n Pull), scans, wraps, pallets, and secures items for Members.
• Delivers Member service: identifies needs, assists purchasing, resolves issues, and promotes Walmart/Sam's Club offerings.
• Adheres to safety standards and company policies; supports a culture of integrity and teamwork.
