Job summary

Sam's Club in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking team members to support Membership by informing members about benefits, promoting value, and handling membership upgrades and related accounts.

You will fulfill 'Fax n Pull' and 'Click n Pull' orders, ensure accuracy of items and invoices, and provide friendly member service while upholding safety procedures and the company’s ethics and policies. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promotes value of products/services and processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; ensures order accuracy and invoicing.
• Provides Member service, resolves issues, and promotes the Company's products and services.
• Maintains safety standards and adheres to Open Door Policy and ethics.
