24 Hour Fitness Fontana is seeking a welcoming team member who guides new members through the start of their fitness journey. The role centers on listening to goals, assessing needs, and recommending personalized solutions to support members’ success. You’ll blend a passion for fitness with strong interpersonal skills to create a motivating member experience.

The position emphasizes first impressions, onboarding, and ensuring members feel connected to the gym community and offerings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrate authenticity, sincerity, and open‑mindedness.
• Self-motivated and passionate about helping others.

Responsabilités

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns and connect with resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative and inclusive sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding that helps members connect to fitness offerings and feel they belong.
