Life Time Inc. in Colorado Springs is seeking an LTH Lead to educate staff on nutrition supplements, drive product knowledge, and mentor commission-based teammates with limited weekly hours added to an existing PT role.

You will train staff, manage inventory, engage members on the fitness floor, and support promotions while collaborating with cafe teams. CPR/AED certification and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• CPR and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for staff on nutrition supplement products.
• Develop educational materials and presentations to simplify product knowledge.
• Conduct sampling events monthly during prime-time hours.
• Collaborate to create and implement sales techniques for promoting supplements.
• Monitor sales performance and coach staff to maximize potential.
• Manage inventory with cafe team and plan promotions.
• Engage with members on the fitness floor and provide recommendations.
• Partner with cafe team to align supplement sales with offerings.
