Job summary

YMCA of The Pikes Peak Region in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to greet members and visitors, answer questions, and guide them through the facility. You will promote memberships and programs, process registrations, and help ensure a courteous, safe environment for everyone.

This role requires 18+ with a high school diploma, customer service experience, and preferably CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, and Oxygen Administration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors.
• Answer questions and address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them as needed.
• Assist in selling memberships and programs; process memberships and registrations.
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure service excellence and timely follow-up on member questions or concerns.
• Meet and exceed membership satisfaction and retention goals.
• Respond to emergencies by following safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellence in member service and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
