Job summary

Anytime Fitness - MDS Fitness in Laurel, MT is seeking a Head Coach to lead the club's personal training department and deliver a world-class member experience through fitness consultations, evaluations, and regular check-ins with members.

You will supervise 2–5 trainers, manage personal training portfolios, maintain facility standards, and foster relationships with members while driving department growth.

Qualifications

• Must be coachable and able to lead a team.
• Solid understanding of health, fitness, and physiology.
• Ability to foster team cohesion and member engagement.
• Personable with stakeholders, members, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Sales and portfolio management for personal training and growth.
• Maintain facility integrity and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and goal support to members.
• Engage with members and address inquiries and feedback.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community events.
• Lead by example in the personal training department and supervise trainers.
