• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, and securing items until Members arrive.
• Delivers in-store support and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals and maintain safe facility operations.
