Job summary

VNS Health is seeking a Member Experience Data Analyst in Manhattan, NY. The role focuses on transforming complex data into insights to improve engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes for diverse patient and member populations.

You will lead analytics across CAHPS, NPS, disenrollment trends, and member satisfaction indicators, and own CMS Star Ratings measures. This hybrid role requires strong SQL, data visualization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health, analytics, or data-related field.
• Minimum two years of data analysis experience in managed care or healthcare setting.
• Experience with data extraction and manipulation.
• Advanced SQL proficiency required.
• Experience with data visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CAHPS, NPS, retention, and other experience metrics to assess performance.
• Develop and own CMS Star Ratings Member Experience measures and related domains.
• Create and maintain analytics dashboards and KPIs for leadership and operations.
• Translate survey insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance monitoring and improvement.
