Invited is seeking a Director Member Experience for Marsh Creek Country Club in St. Augustine, FL to shape and elevate the member experience, drive revenue, and boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in hospitality management, event management, business or marketing and communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to improve retention and increase spend.
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads to drive revenue-generating initiatives across departments.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and inform strategy.
• Oversee the planning and execution of member events and programs that are innovative and aligned with the club’s mission.
• Create a multi-channel communication strategy to keep members informed across email, social media, and in-club signage.
• Develop onboarding processes for new members to ensure seamless integration and connection to the club.
