Job summary

BSH Bronson South Haven Wellness Center is seeking a part-time Service Desk PRN to provide outstanding customer service at a busy wellness facility. The role emphasizes welcoming members, handling check-ins, cafe operations, and responsive support for guests and staff.

Effective November 1, 2022 a high school diploma or GED is no longer required. BLS/AED certification preferred, with strong computer and math skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED not required.
• BLS/AED certification preferred.
• Warm, professional telephone personality.
• Basic computer skills and good math skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy service desk.
• Cafe operations including smoothie prep and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative, cafe and reception functions at a large exercise facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests to ensure retention and growth.
• Use check-in and POS computers; process proshop and cafe sales.
• Answer the multiline phone system and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a welcoming, efficient service desk environment.
• Operate cafe tasks including smoothie prep and cafe cleaning.
• Enforce Wellness Center policies and ensure access control.
