Summary
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Member Experience division and member service support to collegiate chapters, members, and volunteers.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience supporting non-profit, educational, or administrative functions.
Computer Skills
Working knowledge of internet software; membership database software (iMIS); learning management software (Top Class); spreadsheet software (Excel); word processing software (Word); electronic mail software (Outlook); and familiarity with network systems and hardware.
Other Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications
Business-Related Contacts
International Headquarters staff, sorority members, collegiate officers, alumnae officers, and volunteers.
Location
This position is eligible for remote employment.
Benefits and Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience, education, and work location. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.00–$22.50/hour. Gamma Phi Beta offers a full benefits package, including 12 days of vacation plus sick time, personal days, holidays, and two weeks of additional paid time off over the winter break. Benefits include health, life, disability, vision, and dental insurance coverage, as well as participation in Gamma Phi Beta’s 401(k) plan after one year of eligible service.
