Summary
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Member Experience division and member service support to collegiate chapters, members and volunteers.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience supporting non-profit, educational or administrative functions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of: Internet software; membership database software (iMIS); learning management software (Top Class); spreadsheet software (Excel); word processing software (Word); electronic mail software (Outlook); and network systems and hardware.

This position is eligible for remote employment.
Benefits and Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and work location. The hiring pay range for this role is $21.00-22.50/hour. Gamma Phi Beta offers a full benefits package with an excellent paid time off package that includes 12 days of vacation plus sick time, personal days,holidays and two weeks of additional paid time off over the office’s winter break.
