Job summary

Lake Trust Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Plymouth, MI. The role focuses on delivering outstanding member experiences, cross-selling products, opening deposit accounts, and helping members achieve their financial goals.

You will coach members on loans and credit cards, while maintaining strong product knowledge and supporting onstage operations to reach organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience building member/customer relationships by cross-selling financial products.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to uncover member needs via active listening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members to uncover needs and provide solutions.
• Act as a financial coach to maximize loyalty and deepen member relationships.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and educate members on loans and credit cards.
• Process and close consumer loans and open deposit accounts, including business accounts.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve Lake Trust goals and promote teamwork.
