You’ll help ensure carts are ready, assist with pickup orders, and maintain a welcoming, efficient club environment in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Notify members when pickup is delayed and offer alternatives.
• Ensure items are packed and ready for pickup according to policy.
• Maintain a clean, member-ready area and assist with loading items.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
• Help keep the parking lot clean and carts readily available.
