You will assist members with purchases, load items into their vehicles, and ensure a positive first and last impression during their shopping experience. You’ll stand for long periods, stay on the go in all weather, and provide friendly customer service while helping maintain cart availability and a neat, member-ready area.

Responsibilities

• Notify customers when pickup times are delayed; inform when products are unavailable; offer alternatives as needed; ensure items are selected and packaged per policy; assist with payments and processing at the register; organize merchandise and maintain cart/parking areas; support loading items into members' vehicles; keep the parking lot clean and safe.
