Responsibilities

• Notify members when pickup times are delayed and inform them if products are unavailable, offering alternatives as needed.
• Ensure items are selected and packaged according to company policies and prepared for when members arrive for pickup.
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and processing transactions.
• Maintain carts/flatbeds availability and keep the parking lot and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions or issues to facility management.
• Promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services and assist with loading items into members' vehicles.
