Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a member assistant – cart attendant to help shape the member shopping experience. You’ll keep the parking lot and carts ready, assist members with purchases, and help load items into vehicles. This role keeps you on your feet in all weather, delivering fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled and notify delays; inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and process purchases and payments per policy.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area throughout the club.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and assist with loading items into vehicles.
• Promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services and comply with safety and policy procedures.
