Sam’s Club in La Marque, TX is seeking friendly team members to join our member assist – cart attendant role. You’ll help keep the parking lot clean, assist members with purchases, load vehicles, and ensure carts are available, rain or shine.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members and handling stock issues
• Processing member purchases and payments per policies and procedures
• Locating and organizing merchandise and carts/flatbeds; assisting with transport of items
• Promoting the company's products and services
