Sam's West, Inc. is seeking friendly, energetic associates to join our Sugar Land club as member assist – cart attendants.

You will keep the parking lot clean, help members with purchases, and ensure carts are available while delivering a positive first and last impression. In this role you’ll stand for long periods, multitask, and provide outstanding service by greeting members, answering questions, and maintaining a neat, member-ready area.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and be on the move.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with purchases across the club.
• Keep parking lot neat and assist with loading items into vehicles.
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and accessible for members.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and answer questions as needed.
