Sam's Club in Indianapolis is looking for a go-getter to join our team as a Member Assistant – Cart Attendant. You will help keep the parking lot clean, locate and organize carts, and assist members with loading purchases into their vehicles.

You’ll be on your feet, moving quickly to ensure members have a smooth, friendly checkout experience. We value a positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pickup orders are filled and notify members when delays occur, and assist with alternative product options when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and member-ready area throughout the shift, including the parking lot and cart racks.
• Assist members with purchases, load items into vehicles, and answer questions to promote a positive shopping experience.
