Job summary

Sam’s Club Houston, TX is seeking a cart attendant to help shape the member shopping experience by greeting members, keeping the parking lot tidy, and assisting with purchases and loading vehicles. You’ll be on your feet, ready to help in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean, member-ready area, and resolve issues while promoting Walmart/Sam’s Club products and services.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $24 with multiple premiums in certain circumstances;

Responsibilities

• Notify members when pickup is delayed and offer alternatives.
• Inform members when products are unavailable and suggest substitutes.
• Ensure items are prepared and dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company's products and services.
