Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as ambassador of Horizon Federal Credit Union brand and adheres to mission, values, and policies.
• Opens new accounts and maintains existing ones in compliance with regulations.
• Performs routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check handling.
• Builds relationships by engaging with members and identifying needs for referrals to other products.
• Balances cash and completes end-of-day closing activities.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Horizon products and services and communicates them to members.
