Job summary

Retro Fitness in Philadelphia is seeking a energetic Street Team Member to be the face of the club at community events. You will build partnerships with local businesses, staff tables, and engage prospects to drive new memberships.

Ideal candidates are energetic, great multitaskers with strong communication skills who can deliver exceptional customer service and convert leads into members. You'll wear the company shirt, promote member benefits, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that

Qualifications

• Strong community-building skills.

• CPR/AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses to drive cross-promotion.
• Staff promotional tables at high-traffic areas to attract new members.
• Represent the gym at community events, festivals, and local gatherings.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of membership options, pricing, and promotions to answer questions on the spot.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere that strengthens community ties and member loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service – both in person and via follow-up – to ensure every lead feels valued.
• Follow up on leads generated from events and tables via phone, text, or email to convert inquiries into memberships.

The Street Team Member is responsible for building partnerships with local businesses, running promotional tables, and representing our gym at community events. You will be the face of the club out in the community — the person prospective members meet first, creating a welcoming and energetic first impression.

You have to have limitless energy and be great at multitasking. Do you have a positive and upbeat personality with great communication skills? This role requires that you wear many hats. Do you thrive being pulled in multiple directions... building relationships with business owners, engaging prospects at community events, handling leads, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone you meet?

Ideal candidates for the Street Team position will possess strong community-building skills, a knack for following up on leads, and a passion for connecting people to fitness.

All Member Experience Associates are to wear company staff shirt along with either khaki pants or black athletic pant. Sneakers must be worn. No boots, heals or sandals. You must be well groomed and neat.
