The YMCA is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Charlotte, NC. This entry-level, non-supervisory role focuses on welcoming members, answering inquiries, and supporting daily membership and facility operations at the front desk and on the fitness floor.
You will learn membership options, assist with tours, and uphold YMCA service standards to ensure a positive member experience, with flexible, part-time hours and a focus on service and community.
