Qualifications

• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to promote safety and inclusivity on the wellness floor.
• Provide engaging tours for prospective members and assist with inquiries.
• Process membership payments and assist with account holds or cancellations.
• Maintain a welcoming, responsive environment for members and guests.
• Support scheduling and program information for members.
