Job summary

Heritage Family Credit Union in Ludlow, VT seeks a Universal Service Representative to deliver world-class member service. You will open accounts, assist with consumer loans, and cross-sell products while supporting branch operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Minimum of one year banking and/or sales experience required. Proficient use of calculator, keyboard and experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a world-class member experience.
• Perform branch duties including drive-up, opening/closing, and daily operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff as needed.
• Open new accounts and loans and cross-sell products to members.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services and promote them to members.
• Adhere to AML/BSA and other regulatory requirements.
• Respond to inquiries and support branch goals; ensure reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
