Job summary

Bellco Credit Union in Colorado is seeking a Member Service Advisor I to process a variety of financial transactions in the lobby and drive-up while delivering exceptional member service. You will maintain knowledge of Bellco products and refer members to appropriate teams.

The role reports to Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager, requires a HS diploma and 6 months teller experience, and a bilingual Spanish preference. Office environment with varied hours and potential travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months teller experience or equivalent cash handling, and/or customer service.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Bellco’s Act Nice Behaviors and Core Values in all interactions.
• Communicates with members in a positive manner, through exceptional service, both in person and/or by telephone.
