Job summary

The YMCA of Snohomish County is looking for a part-time front desk team member to deliver quality service at the Welcome Center and by phone, promoting memberships and programs while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

This entry-level role supports member engagement, follows the sales cycle, resolves membership concerns, and upholds all YMCA policies to ensure a positive member experience. Flexibility for varied shifts and a strong teamwork attitude are valued.

  • Basic computer skills/knowledge required.
  • Fluency in second language desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to members, guests, and program participants in the branch and on the phone, contributing to member engagement and retention.
  • Entry level sales – follow sales cycle (introduction/probing/close).
  • Address and resolve membership concerns.
  • Apply all YMCA policies, practices and procedures ensuring a positive member experience.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Deliver quality service to our diverse members, guests, and program participants. Respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, maintain cleanliness and organization of the Welcome Center and other areas of the facility.
