Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail/financial services with focus on service and relationship-building.
• Experience handling cash daily with ability to balance accurately.
• Strong communication and professional engagement with members.
• Enthusiasm, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Good listener who is approachable, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
• Solid computer, math, and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a friendly, helpful, and consistent member experience in every interaction.
• Provide a complete service and sales experience that supports member needs and monthly goals.
• Perform teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other member service functions.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with accuracy and care.
• Support marketing initiatives within the branch.
• Build rapport with members through excellent service and personalized support.
• Provide lobby coverage by greeting members and routing inquiries to the appropriate team.
