Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a retail or financial environment delivering excellent member service.
• Cash handling and balancing without overages/shortages.
• Bilingual preferred – read, write and speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and provide guidance on EECU products and services.
• Deliver a complete service and sales experience to members to exceed monthly goals.
• Maintain lobby coverage, greet members, answer calls, and direct to the right associate.
• Support marketing initiatives within the branch and build rapport with members.
