BECU in Washington state seeks a Member Consultant II to deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience while identifying and addressing consumer financial needs. You will refer to specialized services when needed and act as a subject matter expert in our product suite.
Rotation across pod branches, travel between Auburn, Covington, and Maple Valley, and a one-year commitment frame this role. Training includes travel to Tukwila Financial Center; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Target Pay Range for this position is $26.00 - $32.12 hourly.
As a Member Consultant II, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality member experience. Your expertise in BECU’s products will allow you to identify, diagnose, and address members’ consumer financial needs and refer them to specialized services when necessary. You will serve as a subject matter expert, resolving our members' needs and providing expertise in specialized financial services.
