Walmart and Sam’s Club are hiring for a Membership Associate in Billings, MT. You will inform Members about Membership benefits, promote value of products and services, and process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Walmart products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Delivers Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Provides safety and compliance by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions.
