Job summary

Sam's Club in Warren, OH is seeking a team member to support Membership benefits, process memberships and credit accounts, and participate in sales events. You will handle Member Fax, n Pull orders, and ensure accurate invoicing while aiding Members with purchases and issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders with accuracy and security until Members arrive.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
