Walmart Sam's Club is seeking a Membership Associate in Oxnard, CA to inform Members about Membership benefits and to promote the value of our products and services. You will process Memberships upgrades and assist with related accounts while maintaining safety and accuracy in order fulfillment.

You'll deliver friendly Member service, help with purchases, locate merchandise, and resolve issues while adhering to company policies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the value of Walmart products and services and informs Members about Membership benefits.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, reviews orders, pulls items, scans, wraps, palLetizes, and ensures order accuracy.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
