Responsibilities include greeting Members, processing transactions, and connecting Members with products and specialists to help them achieve their financial goals. This role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
• Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
