Enara Health in Rochester, MN is seeking a Part-time Member Care Champion to support our clinical operations and patient journey. The MCC will assist physicians, clinical staff, and members, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate clinical documentation on-site and online.

You will handle check-ins, non-invasive diagnostics, appointment coordination, and member communications, collaborating across departments. Flexible hybrid schedule and a passion for obesity medicine preferred.

Formación

• Must live within commuting distance to Rochester, MN.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Documents, Sheets, Forms).
• Proficiency with medical technology, including EMR and mobile apps.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in: greet members, manage check-in, record vital signs, and communicate with providers.
• Perform non-invasive diagnostic procedures: body measurements, body composition, metabolic testing.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Handle inbound/outbound communications: calls, voicemails, emails, app messages.
• Coordinate with other departments to address member concerns and provide solutions.
