Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry role, with a proven record of accomplishment building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well-being.
• Demonstrated ability to goal attainment through strong familiarity of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members about their banking needs and review current relationships.
• Follow up with a member about a business loan or strategies to save for college, home, wedding, or other milestones.
• Promote financial literacy and SECU offerings at community events or volunteering.
• Build authentic relationships to increase member loyalty and represent SECU values.
• Earn paid time off for volunteering up to 12 hours per quarter.
