Position Overview

Member Assist Cart Attendant role at Sam's Club. Base pay range is $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. The hourly wage will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the member experience by ensuring a well-kept parking lot and making carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and handling purchases.
• Stand for long periods of time and keep a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve member issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, including sweeping and safety sweeps.
• Process member purchases, assist with payments, and use cash registers.
• Organize and maintain cart/flatbed availability and rely on cart retrieval equipment as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy.
• Communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.

Qualifications
