Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members’ entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

What you'll do
  • Ensure club pickup orders are filled, notify members of delays, and inform about product availability, offering alternatives when needed.
  • Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, handling merchandise properly, and reporting unsafe situations.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, process transactions, organize merchandise, and maintain carts and parking lot cleanliness.
  • Follow company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to changes.
