Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our members' entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine.

• Filling club pick-up orders, notifying members of delays, offering alternatives, and ensuring proper packaging
• Maintaining safety through safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions
• Assisting members with purchases, payments, and transporting items
• Organizing merchandise and maintaining carts and parking lot cleanliness
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethics
• Collaborating with team members and managing priorities
