• Determine appointment type and availability; schedule and reschedule as needed.
• Transfer calls to RN when appropriate and compose messages for providers or staff.
• Provide information using online databases; assist with eligibility as needed.
• Maintain accurate demographics and call activity logs; protect patient confidentiality.
