Job summary

The OccuNet Company invites applications for FairosRx Member Advocate in a hybrid or remote capacity. You will assist members, pharmacies, and physicians with pharmacy benefits, claims, and medication access, delivering clear, empathetic support across phone, chat, and email.

You're a strong communicator with PBM exposure, patient-centric mindset, and comfort navigating PBM tools, HIPAA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve the member experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in service-oriented roles and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic assistance to members regarding pharmacy benefits, copays, and medication access.
• Support pharmacies and providers with claim and prior authorization questions.
• Resolve complex benefit and access issues with timely follow-up.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system and adhere to procedures.
• Participate in calls and team improvements to enhance member experience.
