Job summary

Security Service Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Banker to be the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and guiding them toward the right financial solutions.

You will promote checking and savings, loans, credit cards, and insurance while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The role emphasizes teamwork, growth opportunities, and a readiness to learn and evolve within our credit union.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales, or comparable experience.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering great experiences to our members while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a goal-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule during normal business hours; may travel to other branches for work/training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first impressions of Security Service to members as a Teller/Banker.
• Promote and cross-sell checking, savings, loans, credit cards, and insurance services.
• Ensure products meet member needs and contribute to financial success.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and support digital services education.
