Role

Our Member Advisors process teller transactions, open new membership accounts, complete consumer loan applications, and provide general account support, contributing to the overall operations of the financial center. They identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Work Location

This is an onsite position in San Antonio.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Build relationships with members through face-to-face or phone interactions to cross-sell and up-sell products that meet their needs and enhance retention.
2. Process teller transactions, open accounts, and support branch operations.
3. Provide excellent member service, ensuring transactions are accurate and professional.
4. Understand members' financial needs and offer suitable solutions by explaining product benefits.
5. Handle financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans, wire transfers, and more.
6. Open and maintain various types of accounts.
7. Process consumer loan applications in compliance with guidelines.
8. Provide members with account information and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
9. Observe and report suspicious activities, and follow safety procedures in emergencies.
10. Support other team members as needed and perform additional duties.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months teller experience.
• Ability to know 10 key by touch and perform routine calculations quickly.
• Availability for overtime and Saturdays.
• Bondable.
